What I'm Loving Lately

I love when others share what they're loving lately. Chances are if they're sharing it it's worth looking into. Especially when those shares aren't the result of getting paid, but more because someone genuinely likes something!

Here's the thing. Though I've been blogging since 2009 a majority of the 10 years since then have been spent raising my family. So, you may see some affiliate links but right now no one is paying me the big bucks to share what I love. For the record, I love affiliate links and am thankful for whenever you use them! No price change happens for you (unless it's getting you a discount!) and it simply helps me run this business!

So, let's see here. I planned to do a post like this in January but my recent loves haven't changed too much since then. I have a few things too that I haven't shared but I should have because I really LOVE them.

First up, our quip toothbrushes for the boys. Game changer. Each kid has their own brush and with these guys there's no more biting instead of brushing teeth. I know I'm not alone in this. Why do kids bite toothbrushes? The bristles of former brushes always got really gross and with these not only are their teeth looking great but our recent dentist trip resulted in no cavities! Hooray! You can use my referral link to try them out and get $5 off. We're awaiting a refill pack now and are going to try out the toothpaste this time around too!

Ahhh Olive + June! Have you tried it? If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen I recently purchased the mani system for myself. After 2 weeks I can confidently say highly recommend! I'm into the routine of doing my nails on Sunday now and the polish definitely lasts me a week. This is a huge improvement from getting only 3 days out of other polishes. Here's my referral link to try it! I got the polish GH and love that it's very neutral and light pink. When you use my link you get $10 off your order of $50 or more and a free polish! I'm definitely going to be ordering the pedi system once I can feel like sandal season is around the corner!

Not hygiene or beauty related, this book! Becoming Elisabeth Elliott is a slower read for me now. Partly because we subscribed to Discovery+ to watch Magnolia Network and I now like TV again, and partly because it's just one I need to think on more. Elisabeth's life is not vastly different from many of ours in this sense- we're all called to obey what the Lord is calling us to. That's it. Sure you may not feel like your life could have a book written about it, but I'd beg to differ. I wonder about all the things God's saved us from or led us through that we didn't see. All in my opinion, noteworthy and would leave us in awe of His hand in our life.

Becoming Elisabeth Elliott reminds us that in a world without distraction we can chase hard after Jesus. It's reminding me to pray more, study the Bible more, and ask for His will not mine. Have you read it yet?

Ok last one for this week- Pilates. Some of you may know I've been with Robin's Pilate's program since it began. I have joined and cancelled gyms, tried bootcamp classes and yet never cancelled pilates. I absolutely love how my body feels after and I love that Robin offers 10-45 minute online options for me whether I'm wanting to destress or use weights. If you want to try it out you can use my link and get $20 off your first month. What's maybe equally amazing to the workouts is the fresh balanced approach Robin has. Also- recipe central! For as much as I love to cook, the recipe central on there is awesome at providing us with fresh healthy ideas throughout the week too! Want to try it? Sign up here.

What else am I loving? Well, a lot of things. I'm glad to be writing for you guys again and finally setting up some fun emails. If you haven't signed up for those yet I'd love to show up in your inbox. I make no promises on how often they'll hit your inbox but I will say when they do I hope you'll learn something and maybe love something in there too. I know I delete a lot out of my inbox so when these go out, they better be good, right? You can subscribe using this link here. Thank you!! As always, I'd love to hear what you're loving! Leave a comment or head over to Instagram and let me know there!
