Apple Butter Pancakes

Pancakes are really my all time favorite breakfast. Â I like to pack them with seasonal ingredients and take awhile to sit and enjoy them. Â While most breakfasts these days are consumed on the run and with a lukewarm cup of coffee, these pancakes cause me to sit and enjoy. Â The boys love them as well so they happily sit and enjoy!
We're at the point in winter when it's time to add just a few more cozy recipes to your repertoire before Spring hits, so I hope you enjoy these!
